Dr. Jenny graduated with a BA in psychology from the University of Manitoba, then obtained a diploma in massage therapy, practicing as an RMT in Banff and Canmore for 8 years, before returning to university for pre-med requirements, graduating from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in BC in 2010.

Her practice focuses on healthy ageing and perimenopause (brain health, skin health, hormones, nervous system, digestion, energy, fertility).

Her goal is to help women feel confident as they age.

She has additional training in the areas of HeartMathTM, NeuroEmotional Technique (NET), as well as thyroid health, fertility, hormone support, and injection and IV therapies.
